Finance designed with you in mind
We have a range of loan products designed to suit a variety of needs and means (subject to status). Our loan calculator below provides repayment examples for our standard capital repayment loans. What makes us different to other lenders? Everyone receives the same interest rate, no matter how much you borrow or what your circumstances. Unlike other lenders, the interest rate below does not change, which means you know before you apply what repayments look like.
With a variety of schemes designed to help homeowners, landlords, empty property owners, if you cannot find what you are looking for here, do contact us to have an informal chat with one of our expert advisers. This will not commit you to borrowing with us, and does not impact your credit score.
Remember, we see you as an individual and not a credit score. This means we can help a wide range of people, with no upper age limit (subject to status).

How much would you like to borrow?
Over what period of time?
The above example is for indication purposes only. We have different loan products available for eligible applicants if a capital repayment loan is unaffordable or unsuitable. Eligibility for all loans depends on your individual circumstances and your local council’s policy.
Loans are typically protected by a Title Restriction at the Land Registry for which there is a £20.00 fee. This means that you may not be able to sell your home without our permission unless the loan is fully repaid.
There are no early repayments charges. Interest is calculated daily and you can make overpayments of £100 or more at any time during your loan term.
